Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days and arrive from shipping within 2-10 business days. Tracking information will be provided upon order confirmation.
80/Twenty Skin store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
80/Twenty Skin store is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.
80/Twenty is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
